  • Learn optimal concern with freedom to fail.

  • Let the wave crash - relax the muscular skeletal system with conscious intent

  • Regain blood flow to extremities

  • Expand the error box

Course 4: Training Drill - Predator vs Prey

  • ​Hunt the release/cue

  • See it. Feel it. Do it.

  • Release attention and emotion to the outcome

  • The target is the threat - kill house example

  • Visual, emotional and mental channeling.
